Applied Crackle paste through a stencil followed with washes of DecoArt Media Fluid Acrylic Hansa Yellow Medium and Quinacridone Gold

Used a variety of stencils with Quinacridone gold and Diarylide Yellow

 Applied a wash of Paynes Grey

 Stenciled with Paynes Grey

 Building up layers of colour and patterns and adding stamps using Stazon Pumpkin & Orange Zest

 Then applied Titanium white through another stencil

  Then washes of Hansa Yellow Medium and Diarylide yellow

Stamped with a variety stamps using Stazons Jet Black

Stampotique- Bling it on Challenge

For the entire month of April Stampotique are doing a collaboration with Lindy's Stamp Gang

Lindy's was nice enough to send the design team some wonderful products to work with and they are offering one of our lucky participants a prize pack.

Applied DecoArt Media White Gesso and Crackle paste to the letters 

Coloured with the Lindy's Sprays, look at that fabulous iridescent shimmer

Added some extra sparkle with Chloes Sparkilicious Jet Stream

Decorating with the fabulous Stampotique stamps, coloured with Promarkers and Spectrum Noir

DecoArt Fleur Medallion Canvas

I love ornate architectural details and this super large stencil from DecoArt is fabulous

I applied Crackle paste through part of the stencil onto a 12'' x 12'' Canvas board

Applied a Paper clay embellishment with Liquid glass

Spritz Canvas with wate and apply a small amount of Prussian Blue

Blend as a light wash

Wipe back on the detail with a baby wipe

Apply Burnt Umber and blend

 Some areas darker than others and wiping back on the embellishment and crackle details

Stamp a script using a complimentary colour

DecoArt Metallic Hearts

Apply DecoArt Media Crackle Paste through Dina Wakely heart stencil and allow to dry, then adhere 

Tando Creative textured hearts

 Modelling Paste applied with palette knife and texurizing to the smaller chipboard hearts

  Apply Crackle paste thickly and with texture to the largechipboard hearts for larger crackles

Spritz with water and apply Quinacridone Burnt Orange

   and apply Dioxadine Purple blending upwards

 Wipe back on the embellishments with a wet wipe

Apply Cobalt teal hue into the recesses

Apply a wash of Metallic gold

                                               

Apply a wash of Carbon Black

Highlight with Metallic gold, building up gradually

Apply a coat of DecoArt Media Gesso

Apply Crackle Paste with a palette knife then press the front face down into a mat to get the random texture

         Apply diluted DecoArt Media Fluid Acrylic Cobalt Teal Hue and Quinacridone Gold                  

Gradually build up the depth of colour

 Stamp with Stazon Black

Darken the edges with Prussian Blue

Keep building up the intensity of the Teal and Quinacridone Gold 

 Darken the edges with Carbon Black

 Once dry, rub back with a wet baby wipe to remove some of the paint and expose some of the texture

Do the same on the edges to reveal the textures
