Double Vision
I stencilled DecoArt modelling paste onto a MDF ATC, then
painted with DecoArt Silver Sage, Peacock Pearl and Dioxaxine Purple light to
dark
Then stamped the Tim Holtz eye chart to form a background
and highlighted the texture with Silver Spark Metallic Lustre
I stamped Stampotique ‘Frank’ and then stamped him on
acetate to do a reverse image
These were coloured using Promarkers and distressed with Black
Soot and mounted onto the ATC along with Tim Holtz eye from Stampers Anonymous ‘ODDITIES’
Wow. This is fabulous! I love the background and I love your pair of Franks!
ReplyDeleteThanks for playing along with my first challenge at Stampotique Designers Challenges!
A perfect pair indeed! Love the double vision take on this one with that eye at the bottom. Great background too!
ReplyDeleteA brilliant design Jools, the eye adds that touch of quirkiness that I love in your work. Happy Valentines Day xx

Tee hee - love them, poking their heads round the corner of the frame! And the metallic lustre on the texture looks so cool.

ReplyDeleteJools! This is just amazing!! Clever to use the acetate for your reverse image. But, mostly, it's about your play on words! Genius! Glad to see your work again on the Stampotique Designers' Challenge this week!
