Stampotique Oranges & Lemons

Oranges are not the only Fruit
The Lemonheads

Fabulous new Stampotique Challenge to use Citrus colours
and a great excuse to use a new stamp!

I applied a graduated orange background starting at the top using DecoArt Acrylics
Naphthol Red
Bright Orange
Orange Twist
Quinacridone Gold

Stamped Tree and Lovelyarethesound with Stazon Black onto the background, the tree was coloured with Quinacridone Gold and Dioxadine Purple
Stamped Lovelyarethesound and Heads again on a piece of white card and coloured the Lemonheads with Primary Yellow and Cadmium Yellow and cut out

    I'd bet that lemonheads make a very tasty Lemondrop cocktail!

    Fabulous! Great concept. I love the background, the lemonhead tree, and the lemonhead treefarmer!
