I've been sewing in the kitchen all week!
So decided to use Stampotique Stitch for Arwens Kitchen Challenge
The background was created using stewed teabags and splatting them on a piece of card
Great fun!
Then stamped purple acrylic using cookie cutters and then stitched cling film over the top
Stitch was stamped with Stazon Royal Purple, coloured with promakers
Her skirt was made from empty teabags stamped with purple acrylic again with a garlic grater!
What a fun challenge!
Stitch is in a happy place......can't believe what you can dig up in your kitchen!
ReplyDeleteOk Jools - I am just shaking my head in wonder.... you are INCREDIBLE... not to mention Stitch - wow - I am just blown away by your imaginative creations every time. This is everything but the kitchen sink too!!! And of course, hubby says he wants to see all your posts now too so after seeing this... he looks at me and says... how come you don't imagine up some kind of "Stitch" like being!!!!!!? Dear me... that's not gonna happen.... so you know what I told him. Hey - YOU are the scifi buff - you dream up a cute being and I will paint it for you!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So there! Just sayin Jools - YOU MADE OUR DAY - we are both laughing and we just love todays post and most especially STITCH!!! Hugs. j.
