Oh, what a scribbled web we weave...
Scribbling Oh, such fun!
Arwen's fab challenge at Stampotique
I love spider girl, so wanted to make a feature of her and her little friend
Applied modelling paste with a palette knife and then scribble with the end of a paintbrush
Once dry I coloured with acrylic paints and wiped back with a baby wipe to allow the paint to stay in the scribbles and then highlighted the raised areas with DecoArt Metallic Lustres
Love the scribbles and the lustre effects xxx
ReplyDeleteOne of the most delicious cards I have ever seen - sure would love to see you create this background - perfect for the image. Dang you're good!!!!!

I love the dimensional shiny scribbles you've created for this fabulous piece.
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for playing along with us at Stampotique Designers Challenges!
Heheheh - I agree with Sandy - YOU ARE SOOOOO GOOD Jools. LOVE this. It makes me think that Spider Girl has a secret place - like a cave - where she goes to meet and play with her spider friends. And you have given us a glimpse into her cave. It's almost like you slipped up on her and snapped a picture without her knowing you had found her secret cave. What LUSCIOUSLY YUMMY colors and textures.... WOW. So fun. You always make my day when you post :) XXj.
